The nature again is striking. Maybe when some talk about the apocalypse, they mean of this slow but dangerous hurting of our Planet. Oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico provoked a state of emergency in Louisiana. People that live near the coast are in danger, and it is still very much possible for the oil to have very bad consequences on their homes. All important sources, the army, rescue teams are focused on avoiding bigger environmental catastroph. "We will use all available resources, possibly including those at the Department of Defense," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters. The state is ready to mobilize all the equipment and rescue groups from each country! possible, because the problem has "national significance". So politicians and officials should be worried because the amount of the oil that flows grows every day, to 200.000 gallons a day. If the disaster is not going to be stopped in time, it will mean that natural parks are going to be distroyed, and the rare wildlife is going to be endangered. Very big quantity od the seafood in the United States comes exactly from Louisiana coast. It is good that the accident hasn't made a disturbation of the energy opertions in the Gulf, which makes 30 percent of the US oil production and 11 percent of domestic gas production. US Coast Guard Admiral Sally Brice O'Hara stated that they are expecting for a big landfall later today. Her colleague, Mary Landry who leads the government's response to the disaster, that if everything is not done in the time, the oil spill might be the worst in US history.
