Gunman killed in the Discovery Channel hostage drama by Zivka Deleva

After fours of hostage drama at the Discovery Channel in Silver Spring in Maryland, the gunman who was all wrapped in explosives was shot. The SWAT team succeeded to get rid of the man that held under hostage three people, employees in the world famous TV channel. The police officers tried with good will, first to talk to the man, but after few hours of bad communication, the forces chose the way to resolve the situation. It is good that there wasn’t any victim or injured. "For most of the time, the hostages were laying on the ground and he didn't engage them much other than saying on the phone, 'I don't care about these people” – the Montgomery County Po! lice Chief Thomas Manger said. The reason for this action was the gunman’s dislike of the popular show “Kate Plus 8”, because it promoted the population growing and that the world channel should have done more to save the environment and the planet. The 43-years old James Lee held three men – one security guard and two other employees. They had to lie down on the floor. The whole action finished after three hours. Afterwards, it was seen that Lee has been participating in different kinds of protests against the TV. What more to say, all kinds of diseases exist on the Earth. And if we used to think that such cases are normal only for the Hollywood movies, we were definitively wrong. No matter where you live, how developed your country is, you will find such examples.
