Hiding as a strategy
by Natalia Holvova
There is always some kind of mystery or shadow above American way how to do politics. And you don't have to a genius to figure out that hiding is probably the best way how to look better in the eyes of the world even though American look doesn't seem as nice as before. Attraction of the American dream is getting pale and the American power is no more impressive. One of the American judges ordered the white house to back up all its e-mails! Doesn't it sound logic and standard? The White house is probably one of the most important places in the world with correspondence of the most important documents and information. It seems quite natural to me that it needs to be protected as well as able to prove evidence in case that it's needed. There is another moment of looking at this type of security protection. President Bush and his cabinet don't agree. There some doubts about voluntary destroying of the unknown amount of the e-mails with important data. Why someone doesn't want to allow protecting one of the most important places in the world? Is the White house e-mailing so intimate and private? Or is the hiding the strategy how to keep people quiet, happy and satisfied, aware of the government policy that is protecting themselves at any time under any circumstances no matter what kind of tactic and resources are used? And what are the facts that they don't want to be seen or backed up for the future?
